This pack will contain 2 Free regional packs, all English News channels, Knowledge Pack Channels (Animal Planet, Discovery, Discovery Science, Fox history, National Geographic), Sports Channels (Neo Sports & Star Sports) and a good mix of Hindi entertainment channels (Star Plus, Sony, Zee TV) along with all Hindi News channels. Now we can enjoy sports channels like Neo Sports & Star Sports in the Base pack.

Tata Sky - Actve Games Challenge

Tata Sky's commercial on Actve Gaming Challenge has been telecast with a Sitar teacher training children on tunes but the children end up in mischief with their instrument. Tata Sky with its interactive feature has provided for Actve Gaming Challenge, a chance to win a 40 inch 3D TV or an i-pad.

Now Animal Planet in Super Value packs at no extra cost

I have checked the helpdesk channel and confirmed that Animal Planet has been added in the base pack that I have subscribed to. Animal Planet will be available to Super Value, Super Value Kids Special and Super Value English Special subscribers. In case you have subscribed to any of the mentioned packs and have also applied for Animal Planet as an a la carte, charges will be dropped and you can now enjoy this channel at no extra cost. This has been implemented since 20th May, 2011.

TataSky Mega/Mega Lite Pack!

Subscribers who do not want to pay Rs.6000/- per annum for the Annual Mega Pack go for the Mega Lite pack at Rs.5,500/- p.a. The Mega Lite Pack offers all the channels & services except for topper & Sun channels (Chutti TV, Gemini comedy, Gemini music, Gemini news, Gemini TV, Kiran TV, KTV, Sun music, Sun news, Sun TV, Surya TV, Udaya 2, Udaya movies, Udaya TV, Udaya varthegalu). It consists of 176 channels also 12 showcase movies. Also subscribers of Mega/Mega Lite pack can avail of wavier on service charges, wavier on relocation charges, Rs 500 credit for activating a Multi TV connection.
